The majority of our rooms are located on an upper level, with stair access only. Our Courtyard Deluxe and Courtyard Premium rooms are currently the only upper level rooms with elevator access. Please let us know at the time of booking if elevator access is required.
124 on Queen Hotel and Spa does not offer pet-friendly accommodation at this time, however we are happy to welcome and accommodate service animals. We ask that guests please let our Guest Services staff know at the time of booking if you will be bringing a service animal along, and to please bring the required paperwork/identification upon check-in.
